When will my order arrive?
We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 working hours of them being placed. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered, we politely request not to contact us about the whereabouts of an order until after this time period has elapsed.

When are your orders printed?
Items are only printed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). No items are printed at the weekend

What safety procedures are in place?
We do everything possible to ensure your item arrives safely and within the quoted time.

How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packaged carefully to minimise the risk of breakages in the post occuring

How will you send my order?
All our items are shipped using Royal Mail or other courier partners.

How long should I wait for delivery before contacting you?
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered, we politely request not to contact us about the whereabouts of an order until after this time period has elapsed.

Where will my order be delivered to?
We will deliver your order to the address provided for delivery when an order is placed. If any of the details provided in the delivery address are incorrect or insufficient, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes International shipping is available, please allow 14-21 days for International orders to arrive.

What will happen if I am not in to accept delivery?
If you are unable to accept delivery a calling card will be put through your letterbox. You can then contact your local sorting office/  courier collection point to arrange redelivery or collection.

When is the deadline for Christmas delivery?
The final date to order for Christmas delivery 2017 is Tuesday 19th December 2017.
All items ordered after this date will be dispatched during or after the Christmas break but may not arrive until after the 25th December.

Will all of my items arrive together?
Usually, yes. However, some items are sent separately as they are made in different areas of our production facility and cannot be shipped together.
